Hey everyone :)
So, I wasn't planning on eating breakfast, but my brother was in the room and I didn't want him to question me. I'm a bad liar.
So I ate one piece of cinnamon raisin toast and it was 80 calories. Plus a little margarine, so total 100 cals probably.
Then around lunchtime I had a few peanuts, so I think i'm doing pretty well. I just finished running, I burned 100 calories.

Tonight for dinner I have to eat half of a black bean and cheese burrito... it's 3 pm right now, so I think I'll be good until then. :)
I haven't lost any weight yet... but I'm pretty proud of myself today :)

Hey girls.
I'm new, but I have been wanting to join for a while.
So, here are my stats:

Height: 5'8
Weight: 114

I want to be skinnier so badly. But it's so hard for me to stop cravings. People at school are always telling me i'm skinny, but I want to be able to believe it myself. I have eaten too much today :( For a while I was doing really well and skipping breakfast and lunch, and i would only have an apple for a snack, and then a normal dinner. But my brother got suspicious. So now I eat breakfast, and usually not lunch.

Okay so, for breakfast I have been having granola. And then today after school I kept telling myself I would only have yogurt, but i had a poptart :(

I will try not to eat a lot for dinner tonight. I'll keep you update.
